Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• All returns must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags attached.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise noted.

Exchange Process:

• We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
• If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Process:

1. Start your return by contacting us. with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label.
3. Pack your items securely in their original packaging and send them back to us using the prepaid label.
4. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
